Welcome to Revamp Your Relationships. The Website and its content are owned by Custom Essence Blends LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of this website (“Website”). By visiting this Website or purchasing a product or service from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Website or purchase from us.

Educational Purposes Only

The information on this Website and in our programs is for educational and informational purposes only. We provide health and wellness coaching, not medical care, mental health care, or legal, financial, or religious advice. Nothing on this Website is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and nothing here replaces the advice of your own licensed medical or mental health provider. Please read our Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.

Our Products and Programs

Nature’s 4-Step Revamp Program is available in three options:

Do-It-Yourself ($297): four custom flower essence blends.

Email Coaching Support ($525): four custom blends plus 12 support emails during an eight-week support period.

Video Call Coaching Support ($997): four custom blends plus eight video calls of 45 minutes each during an eight-week support period.

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. The price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.

Custom Blends and Orders

Every blend is custom made for you after your order is placed. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, and if we do, we will refund any payment made for that order.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full credit card information. By placing an order, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping and Processing

Shipping is free on all US orders. Orders process in 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, before they ship. Delivery times depend on the carrier and are outside our control. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, because we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you provided.

Refunds and Cancellations

Because every blend is custom made, all sales are final and no refunds are available once an order is placed. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] and we will address it.

Coaching Support

The Email Coaching Support and Video Call Coaching Support options include support during an eight-week period that begins with your order. Support emails and video calls must be used within that eight-week period, and any unused emails or calls do not carry over and are not refundable. Please give us advance notice if you need to reschedule a video call so we can work with you where possible. Coaching support is educational and does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or other professional treatment relationship. If you have a medical or mental health concern, contact your own licensed provider.

Using Flower Essences

Flower essences are intended to be taken by mouth, added to water, or used as a room spray, as described in our usage guidance. If you are pregnant or nursing, have a health condition, or take medication, consult your healthcare provider before use. If you have allergies or sensitivities, check with your provider before use. Stop use and seek care if you experience a reaction. The statements on this Website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

No Guarantees

We support and guide you in reaching your own goals, but your experience depends on your own effort, commitment, and circumstances. We do not guarantee any particular result, including any outcome for your relationship. Individual results vary.

Shared Client Experiences

Any experiences, observations, or testimonials on this Website are shared for illustration only. They do not guarantee that you will have the same or similar results.
